For Domestic Students

Once UAC offers have been released, those offered a place at ANU will receive confirmation of their accommodation offer and information on how to accept it.

Domestic students must accept their offer of accommodation within 48 hours of receiving their accommodation offer otherwise the offer will lapse. Offers are sent via email so you MUST keep a close eye on your emails throughout January.

The guarantee will only apply to students receiving offers on or before the 20th of January 2010 and new students that have deferred studies from a previous semester.

For International Students

Academic offers for International students are made throughout the year, the majority from November to January or April to June.

International students will be offered accommodation AFTER they ACCEPT their academic offer to study at ANU.

This means that most International students will be offered accommodation after they have paid their course fee deposit. The guarantee will only apply to students that have accepted their academic offer before the close of applications (20th January 2010).

International students must accept their offer of accommodation within 48 hours of receiving their accommodation offer otherwise the offer will lapse.

What if I'm not covered by the Guarantee?
